Terms of Service

Prices shown are in US Dollars (USD) and valid for online orders, plus shipping (if applicable).

We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.

We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We will notify you by phone or email if there is a pricing error.

We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact email has been provided. We may not be prepared to incur extra expenses, other than to use email communication to notify the buyer of the cancelation of an order.

Warranty

We carefully inspect and test all of our parts, if there is any damage, no matter how minor, we make every effort to describe it on the listing. As a result, all of our parts are sold “AS IS”, with NO Warranty.

Shipping Policy

Our parts are shipped from our warehouse in Northern Colorado, USA.

They usually ship within one business day. Delivery is 2-10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse, depending on your location (US lower 48 only). Shipments to other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and to international destinations take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

Smaller items are usually shipped via USPS. Larger and heavier items are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Worldwide Shipping Available

We strongly support customers in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada & many other countries. Some parts we can ship directly to you. Others, you need to get in touch with the freight forwarder of your choice to get the part to your country. If you are outside of the USA and would like to place an order, please, contact us, and we will try to help you.

Packaging Material Recycling

We not only recycle perfectly good Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator parts. We also recycle lots of packaging materials. Do not be surprised if you get your parts in a box from a big box store or online retailer. This is one of the many ways we use to keep our costs as low as possible and be able to offer the best prices to you, our loyal customer.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, we cannot control how packages are handled by the different carriers. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 5 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Return Policy

As a way to keep costs down for all of our customers, returns are only accepted when we have made an error with your order.  To authorize a return, we need to be contacted within 5 calendar days after the date the shipment has been delivered. Authorized returns must be in the original packaging. All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation. We reserve the right to authorize a return for any other reasons, however, in such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The original shipping charges we paid to get the part to you, are also non-refundable, unless the return is as a result of an error with your order.

Restocking Fee

A 15% return fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error. Refunds for returns will be processed and credited within 24 to 48 hours after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies.  Please be aware that banks may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.

Privacy Policy

Our site uses an order form for you to purchase our products. We collect your contact information (name, address, phone number, email address) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary.  Financial information that is collected is only used to charge you for the products that you purchase and never sold or shared with other parties.
