Should I buy a high mileage jeep wrangler?

I am thinking of buying a Jeep Wrangler. Most that are in my budget have over 80,000 miles on it. Are jeeps proven to last well over 100,000 or 150,000 miles? I have a Honda Civic with almost 170,000k miles on it and it runs great. I also had a Toyota with 206,000k miles on it before I sold it. Do you think a Wrangler would last as long as my two previous cars?
I want a Jeep Wrangler but since the gas prices are so high and probably going to get higher is it a bad buy?

I just want to get peoples opinions on buying a Jeep since the economy is so bad and gas prices are so high. Is it a good or bad decision to pursue? Thanks in advance.
