What should the price range be to lift a 2005 Jeep Wrangler?

25 Mar

My husband really wants to lift our Jeep. What do you think about a 1 inch body lift and a 3 inch suspension lift? We go offroading a lot and want to put larger tires on the Jeep. In Southern California, how much should that run. What size tires should we go with? This is an everyday driver as well, so we don’t want anything ridiculous. Thanks!

1998 Jeep Wrangler replacement parts question?

25 Mar

My husband has a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport. His back window (soft) needs to be replaced, and so do the two soft side windows. I don’t think his top needs to be replaced but I am willing to buy the whole set. Could someone give me any info on a website where I know I will be getting the whole set? Do I need to buy a new soft top if I am buying new soft rear and side windows? Thanks!
Thanks for the advice Levi, but (particularly the back window) is destroyed. It is torn, we think from the winter. It just cracked and tore. So a new one is necessary.

How can I get a loan with no credit?

25 Mar

I’m only 19 years old, so I have no credit history. How can I get a loan/money to pay for a car. I saw this great Jeep for sale at a dealership for only $7,800. Is there any way I can get this? I don’t have money for a down payment either, and I the only person that can co-sign with me has a limited credit history also.

2007 wrangler, what do you think? How about the new hard tops?

25 Mar

I have been debating on purchasing a new 2007 wrangler. I am fairly sure that I want one although, but I was hoping for some feedback first.

I owned a 93’ wrangler, wrecked it, but loved it. I am debating on getting the new 3 piece hard top, but I have no garage. I would be forced to store it in a basement if I ever took it off. I have not attempted to take one off, is it heavy, will it fit through a standard door? Let me know what you think.

Are the new soft tops any quieter than the ones back in 93’?
